Description
- Hands of experience in handling Recruitment and Selection.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Interpersonal skills with the knowledge of candidate screening & able to maintain standard recruitment quality as well as quantity
- Shortlisting profiles and conducting interviews through telephonically and physically.
- Follow-up/co-ordination with potential candidates & developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies.
