Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all daily/pre-planned and ad-hoc operational purchasing needs and make sure on time delivery
- Implementing new procurement strategies for cost saving and make sure that all purchasing are in line with company policies and procedures
- Responsible to locate, negotiate, assess and purchase items from local vendors
- Liaise with the main stores to evaluate the condition of supplies based on the quality, price and delivery of service
- Attending for annual price revision work sheet
- Preference will be given to those who have involved with purchasing of electronic items, stationeries and other FMCG products
- Handing of telecommunications related items and ERP knowledge would be an added advantage
- Selected applicants will receive attractive remuneration package as per industry standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Minimum 3 Year experience in procurement function
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from a recognized institute/ professional body
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill with suppliers.
- Age between 30-40
- Extremely reliable and trustworthy
