Job Role:
· Provide monthly reports on marketing budget spend and sponsorships for HNB Assurance.
· Manage stock of complimentary items, including pre-ordering, stock balancing, and maintaining accurate records.
· Analyze and enhance brand visibility through sponsorships; maintain a tracking system and provide timely summaries.
· Identify and propose CSR initiatives aligned with company objectives; maintain an updated database of CSR activities.
· Coordinate internal and external branch branding with departments and suppliers to ensure timely deployment.
· Propose and manage indoor and outdoor branding opportunities; maintain records to ensure timely renewals.
· Maintain a repository of all marketing materials, including artworks, AV clips, and policy documents.
· Regularly update the company website.
· Play a key role in updating branch signage in line with the company's annual plan.
Job Pre-Requisites:
· A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification (CIM preferred).
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
· Strong background knowledge in finance to support budget management and financial planning.
· Skills in design and branding to contribute to the visual and strategic aspects of marketing.
· Familiarity with life insurance products to tailor marketing strategies to the industry.
· Experience working with creative agencies to produce impactful marketing materials.
· Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Willingness to travel as required to support marketing initiatives and business needs.
