Total experience: 3+ years, 5+ years (Lead level)
Job Description: Driver development and new hardware bring up on Embedded Linux, Android. Integrate various software into build systems. Setup, test, maintain and improve production operating systems of embedded systems.
Must have skills:
• Strong C/C++ coding skills
• Expert Linux knowledge (kernel, CPU architecture, general device drivers, user-space)
• Experience building for embedded system applications using Linux or RTOS
• Experience with one or more build environments such as Yocto, Buildroot, OpenEmbedded or Android
• Experience with Linux BSP customization
• Experience in device driver and bootloader development
• Experience with Python, Perl or Shell scripting
• Solid understanding of Git
Advantageous to have skills:
• Ability read a schematic diagram and use an oscilloscope to debug issues
• Experience with security features such as SELinux, verified boot and trusted execution environments
• Experience with Android HAL layer development
• Any experience with DevOps or distributed build systems
