Senior DevOps Engineer - GCP

Key Responsibilities

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience as a GCP Infrastructure Engineer with a strong emphasis on security configurations.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and security principles.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of GCP services and their configurations, including networking, storage, and security features.
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially in a security context.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Network Engineer or equivalent certification.
• Experience with security-focused certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and principles.
