Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our furniture showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase revenue. Salary package includes Rs.25,000 (base salary) + sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in exploring our furniture range and offer expert advice on styles, materials and customisation options.
• Ensure showroom displays are visually appealing and reflect current promotions and trends.
• uphold excellent customer service standards to build long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfactions.

Requirements

• GCE A/L in commerce stream with minimum 3 passes.
• Previous sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Age between 18-25 years.
• Should be fluent in English and Sinhalese.
• Computer Literate (Microsoft word & excel)
• Been able to brainstorm and create new approaches to selling.
