Sales Executives

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled professional SALES EXECUTIVES to join our sales team.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Marketing or equivalent Qualifications
2. Minimum 1-year experience in Sales and Marketing in any industry
3. Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Packages
4. Should have good relationship building skills with customers
5. Language – Good Communication skills in English is preferred ( Written AND Verbal)
6. Proven track record of achieving Sales Targets
7. Flexible Working Hours and able to work in a team environment
8. The Candidates who are in Colombo or suburbs are encouraged to apply
9. The candidates who have Motor Bike with a valid Driving License are encouraged to apply
10. Sales experience in Courier / Delivery companies would be an added advantage
11. The candidates with the best results in GCE (A/L) would also encourage to apply

• Regular customer visit & meeting key persons at each customer.
• Coordinating with Distributor, Customers & McLube team.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve complaints, in coordination with
• McLube Technology team.
• Gathering and reporting market and competitive intelligence on monthly basis.
• To develop new customers for all segment (Rubber, Footwear, Polyurethane &
• Composite) applying Value Selling principles.
• To help McLube team for Account Reconciliation & customer satisfaction survey follow up.
