Description
- Full / Part qualifications in CIM/SLIM or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- 2 years experience in insurance industry.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Ability to speak Tamil would be advantageous)
Responsibilities
The role exists to recruit, lead, supervise, motivate, coach a team of Insurance Relationship Officers to promote Bancassurance products within a prescribed geographical region by effectively managing the performance of the sales teams to achieve Regional business objectives in support of the company KPI's. The position will need to build proactive business relationships with the assigned Branch network and its staff to generate potential business leads and grow insurance portfolio.
