Dimension of the role<ul><li>Responsible to ensure reception duties are carried out adhering to Company Code of Conduct and Values.</li><li>Facilitate and support Commercial Office general Administration work (Customers, suppliers, visitors and admin etc.)</li><li>Ensure the cleanliness/housekeeping of the office, meal area, washrooms and surrounding areas.</li><li>Reception duty and office administration.</li><li>Management of stationary for Commercial office.</li><li>Support with Commercial Office general housekeeping and Maintenance.</li><li>Support with employee engagement activities.</li><li>Support HO Reception duty where necessary.</li><li>Manage Commercial office visitors, suppliers and goods received.</li></ul> Minimum requirements: G.C.E. O/L qualification.<ul><li>Minimum 1+ years of experience in reception or administration duties.</li><li>Working knowledge in both oral and written to compliment the effectiveness of the job role.</li><li>Flair for the business understanding and experience in supporting large organizations.</li><li>Be proactive and innovative in meeting People administrative goals.</li><li>Ability to work through numerous and varied decisions taken under pressure.</li></ul>
