Project Manager (Operations)

Who we are looking for :

We are looking for a Project Manager (Operations) who would be responsible for ensuring the business’ management operates smoothly, deadlines are met, collecting and visualizing company performance by department, and providing support across the business on specific projects.

Requirement & Experience

• Minimum 03-year experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, Data visualization tools, Teams) ability to learn new systems rapidly (Zendesk, Internal CRM, Call platforms).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills should be able to provide clear and detailed explanations to Board of Directors.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and any other data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge on SQL and SharePoint would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
• Committed to delivering highest level of service and always striving for excellence.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Ability to work to shift times, current shift: 1.30pm to 10.00pm (Subject to change based on operational requirements)

• Becoming an expert in all functions of the business, processes, and technologies.
• Ensure meetings are productive and efficient, taking notes and follow-ups and ensuring action items are addressed systematically within the stipulated timelines.
• Capable to identify issues and provide advise on resolutions to Head of Departments on critical business tasks.
• Handling ad hoc tasks allocated by the respective Director.
• Has the capability to guide and support Business Analysts to ensure the goal is achieved.
