Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including internal team members, external consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables with business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA modules, functionalities, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP implementation projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders, project teams, and third-party vendors.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable.
