Description
- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Setting up and managing IT infrastructure (servers, Firewalls, Router and Access point)
- Experience and knowledge of working with the Microsoft 365 Platform.
- Update records of account creations, deletions, and modifications
- Provide technical assistance during the onboarding process, including network setup and access provisioning.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for network-related matters.
