- Developing and executing marketing strategies across different channels and segments to build and continuously improve the brand in line with overall strategic Marketing Plan.
- Generate qualified B2B leads and convert them through a mix of Marketing and Sales strategies.
- Lead / assist the execution of end - to end branding & marketing campaigns.
- Build on enhancing the Company's identity and presence in the digital space.
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies and share insight with the rest of the team.
- Work closely with in-house and external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
Personal Profile
- He / She should have a Degree in Marketing or Professional qualification in CIM or SLIM or any
other recognized professional qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a reputed company under the same or similar capacity
- Age below 35.
- Experienced in handling comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Should be a pro-active person with excellent leadership skills and ability to work under minimum
supervision.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English are a must.
- Ability to envision innovative marketing approaches.
