  • Serve as a Business Partner / trusted advisor to business line heads on all people management matters
  • Coaching and guiding people managers
  • Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance and growth through a robust performance management framework
  • Talent management, succession planning & career development
  • Organization change management
  • HR audits, KPIs and process management
  • Employee relations and industrial relations
  • Maintain MIS and insights, and drive data driven decisions
  • Support international talent acquisition and operations

Person Specification

  • Minimum 06 years of working experience
  • A thorough understanding of labour law and exceptional knowledge about HR operations
  • Hands on experience as a HR generalist
  • Strong track record and experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional skills in MS Excel
  • Exceptional team management skills
