We are currently seeing a suitable candidate for the position of Manager – Human Capital function to drive the people agenda in achieving organizational goals.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree specialized in Human Capital or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Having a Masters degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 05 years of managerial level experience.
  • In-depth knowledge in labour Law and HC best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Formulating career development plans to upskill the workforce.
  • Promoting Inclusion and Diversity in the workplace.
  • Creating and managing a performance appraisal system that drives continues development.
  • Leading employer branding campaigns.
  • Analyzing HC procedures and policies and initiating HC best practices.
  • Crafting competitive compensation and benefits plans.
  • Serving as an employee advocate, mentor and a coach.
