Junior Marketing Executive

This is a full-time on-site role in Wattala for a Junior Marketing Executive. The Junior Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various daily tasks, such as creating promotional content, conducting market research, assisting with event planning and execution, analyzing marketing data, and managing social media platforms. The Junior Marketing Executive will work closely with the marketing team to ensure high-quality deliverables and will help monitor campaign success and report on analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and copywriting
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
