- Facilitating and advising on strategic HR initiatives
- Overall, in charge of the Talent acquisition process.
- The setting of Individual KPIs, KPI cascading, and improvement of existing Performance Management System in order to link it with rewards
- Introducing Best HR practices and procedures
- Handling of staff overseas travel arrangements
- Handling of Administrative functions and employee engagement initiatives
- Planning and organizing human capital development and coaching initiatives
