Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
  • Track and maintain applicant tracking databases
  • Plan and schedule online assessments and interviews to meet ad-hoc resource needs
  • Screen and compare CVs of job applicants against relevant job descriptions
  • Represent the Resource Management team in daily and weekly meetings
  • Generate reports on hiring statistics

 

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role in IT industry 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or PQHRM qualification is required
  • Prior experience in the IT industry is an added advantage
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
