Skills:
● Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs
● A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate
● Extremely organized and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills - being Trilingual
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
● A candidate between 25 - 35 years
● Successful completion of O/L’s, A/Ls & a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
● 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is an added advantage
● Proficiency in written and spoken English and Tamil is a must.
● Fluency in both written and spoken Sinhala is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
● Database (HRMS) updating and maintenance to provide inputs to the PS team on changes inEmployee
Status and thereby maintain the master employee database for each employee in the individual
programs.
● Compile and prepare reports and presentations
● Visiting artisans when necessary
● Addressing and handling welfare needs of artisans
● To undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the Director of Human
Resources.
