HEAD OF FLORIST/SENIOR FLORIST
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage & oversee the daily operations of the Flower division
• Identifying training gaps & create a plan collaborating with HR department
• Ability to Lead the team for operational targets without any issues
• Responsible for flower stock balance & arrange customer orders on time
• Ensure to divide daily orders in proper way & analyses the team performance
• Conduct research & Implement new strategies which align with company goals & objectives
Personal Profile:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in floral industry
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Team player with leadership potential
• Young & energetic individual with positive attitude
• Age below 40
