Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure to achieve allocated individual & team targets
- Maintain assigned level or above WALR (Weighted Average Lending Ratio) for the branch
- Ensure each individual of the Marketing Team achieves their individual targets and monitor their performance
- Daily, weekly planning, reviewing of Marketing Team calls/visits and performance
- Skills and attitude development of the team and maintain high level of service standards
- Validate and acknowledge the legitimacy of the legal documents and duplicate keys
- Review marketing staff granting files and ensure they follow all credit guidelines
- Conduct promotional activities in the branch and monitor and evaluate the performance
- Maintain high level of compliance with credit policy, acceptable quality, in terms of established credit guidelines in every aspect of the credit operation
Qualifications:
- Age below 35
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/ finance industry
- Professional Qualifications would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, analytics and decision-making skills
