Functional Consultant - Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

A company based in Colombo is seeking a Functional Consultant - Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with business users to understand their processes and requirements.
•  Develop comprehensive functional design documents based on gathered requirements.
•  Design and configure Oracle EBS modules to align with business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams for any required customization's or extensions.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other consultants.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their business requirements.
• Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades and migration projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology from Reputed University
• More than 2 years of proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules with a sound understanding of formula, routing, recipe, resources, SLA setup, product costing, quality, manufacturing process flows, and other key concepts.
• Worked on at least 1 OPM implementation project in a key role OR provided support for OPM in a key role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with Oracle EBS modules.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS configurations and customization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
