Your primary responsibilities includes,


  • Maintain and enhance the overall ambiance of the Front Area/Checkout counters, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
  • Oversee staff grooming, welfare, and training needs.
  • Execute directions from the Outlet Manager and cover the Duty Manager's shift when required.
  • Conduct staff briefings and manage customer inquiries, resolving any issues to meet customer requirements.
  • Minimize customer complaints, aiming for no more than two per month.
  • Prepare and manage the front office roster, especially during special holidays, and
  • monitor and approve leave for front office staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and control all overhead costs.
  • Collaborate with the security department on refunds and finalize daily POS operations accurately.
  • Handle settlement of EDC machines and maintain discipline among Cashiers, Baggers, and related staff.
  • Educate front office staff on ongoing promotions, display promotional materials, and ensure accurate documentation is sent to the head office on time.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Diploma or Degree in Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of front office operations and customer service
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
