Description
- Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management / Training & Development.
- Possess an understanding of restaurant SOPs, food safety standards and prior working experience in an international restaurant chain will be an added advantage
- Sound verbal communication skills/presentation skills in both English and Sinhala.
- The ability to communicate in Tamil will be a definite advantage.
- Ability and willingness to travel to outlets on a regular basis or be based at a given geographical area and work on flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Operate with end to end knowledge and ownership of World Class Operations framework and drive operational excellence in training.
- Conduct training needs analysis, identify training requirements and be accountable for executing the training calendar for the outlets.
- Explore various training delivery methodologies and leverage appropriate approaches to cater for the training needs
- Inspire and impact the outlet teams to execute with excellence in all the deliverables via training interventions
- Track, analyze and identify reasons for customer concerns and demonstrate a passion for training team members based on customer feedback.
