  • Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management / Training & Development.
  • Possess an understanding of restaurant SOPs, food safety standards and prior working experience in an international restaurant chain will be an added advantage 
  • Sound verbal communication skills/presentation skills in both English and Sinhala. 
  • The ability to communicate in Tamil will be a definite advantage. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel to outlets on a regular basis or be based at a given geographical area and work on flexible hours.

  • Operate with end to end knowledge and ownership of World Class Operations framework and drive operational excellence in training. 
  • Conduct training needs analysis, identify training requirements and be accountable for executing the training calendar for the outlets. 
  • Explore various training delivery methodologies and leverage appropriate approaches to cater for the training needs 
  • Inspire and impact the outlet teams to execute with excellence in all the deliverables via training interventions 
  • Track, analyze and identify reasons for customer concerns and demonstrate a passion for training team members based on customer feedback.
