Entry Requirements

  • Passed GCE O/L examination
  • Should be willing to work on day & night shift basis
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity would be a distinct advantage
Responsibilities
  • Takes and deliver customer orders.
  • Setting up of tables and serving to invitees at special occasions and assisting Executive chef in coordinating any special functions.
  • Ensure cutlery and linen required for service is cleaned and stacked and ready for service.
  • Follow the code of ethics prescribed by the organization and the management.
  • Maintain the quality of service.
  • Maintain personal hygiene.
  • Deliver all customer orders in proper quality and in a timely manner.
  • Meet the expectation of management and customer.
  • Performs any other duty assigned by the Executive chef or the Management.
