Description

Job Role:

  • Focus on the quality aspect of technical decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of call center operations.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for underwriting and sales teams.
  • Contribute to product development by working on product specifications, policy conditions, and proposal forms.
  • Confirm alignment with established operational processes.
  • Handle responses to regulators, Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), Financial Crime and Counter-Terrorism Division (FCCID), and ombudsman.
  • Address matters referred to Life Operations.
  • Ensure technical compliance with regulatory requirements for new processes.
  • Participate in system projects as a representative from the Life Technical Division.


Job Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred first class or second upper) in insurance stream.
  • Experience in the field of insurance is an added advantage.
  • Must be competent with MI, Reporting, and data analytical skills.
