Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage inter-company and third-party client migrations.
- Develop and implement SOPs and process maps according to client Requirements.
- Conduct process audits to identify risks and ensure compliance.
- Provide SOP training and implement best practices.
- Prepare and distribute KPI dashboards.
- Understand client processes and tailor solutions
- Training staff on standard procedures, collaborating with teams to implement best practices using Lean Six Sigma tools
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in process excellence, process improvement & process migration.
- Following a bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in Business Management/Accounting (ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA).
- Qualification / Experience in Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both local & foreign clients (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of Power Bl will be an added advantage.
Skills
Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Qualifications/ experience in Lean Six Sigma would be a definite advantage.
Good communication, Analytics and Interpersonal Skills.
Good Knowledge and experience in MS Excel is mandatory.
