Description
Job Role:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, collaborating with payroll and IT teams for seamless system integration.
- Track and verify attendance and overtime, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws regarding attendance and OT.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reports for management.
- Provide data insights to support decision-making.
- Assist employees with HRIS-related issues and provide training on attendance policies.
- Assist the HR team with various HR-related tasks and activities as required.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field /professional qualification in HR (completed or currently pursuing).
- Proven experience with HRIS systems and attendance management.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on employee support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with payroll processes is an advantage.
