Description

Job Role:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, collaborating with payroll and IT teams for seamless system integration.
  • Track and verify attendance and overtime, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws regarding attendance and OT.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reports for management.
  • Provide data insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist employees with HRIS-related issues and provide training on attendance policies.
  • Assist the HR team with various HR-related tasks and activities as required.

Job Pre-Requisites:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field /professional qualification in HR (completed or currently pursuing).
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems and attendance management.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on employee support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with payroll processes is an advantage.
