Responsibilities
• Drive Nestlé Needs Youth Employer Branding initiatives to become the number one Employer of Choice.
• Help in creating a future ready workforce by managing key youth initiatives in building a talent pool and talent pipeline.
• Champion the Diversity and Inclusion agenda for the market in line with our purpose.
• Integrate our values and culture by driving relevant Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Specific point of contact for all HR related internal communications.
