Digital Health (Pvt) LTD is a growing digital healthcare platform backed by Dialog Axiata PLC and operates under the Doc990 brand which connects digital health eco system in the country. Doc990 offers a range of digital health related services to its customers including doctor channeling facility at main hospitals & channeling centers across the country, video & audio doctor consultation, medicine delivery, lab services and many more through newly relaunched Doc990 mobile app & www.doc.lk website. We are on the lookout for self - motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and technical skills to join our expanding Doc990 team to play a challenging role.

Role

Assist to ensure all Business Development functions are carried out in an efficient and effective manner to support the smooth operation of all the Business Development related (Partners and Agents) activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidate should be below 30 years (male).
  • Willingness to travel.
  • CIM/ SLIM Fully or partially qualified.
  • Two or plus years of experience in Sales/Business Development (IT solutions would be an added advantage).
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Build good and strong business relationships with existing and potential partners/agents and manage accounts well.
  • Identifying new and more effective business leads for the business and planning strategies to acquire them (Pharmacies, laboratories, and other partners.)
  • Creating and implementing a plan to visit all potential outlets from time to time and work with partners and travel to many parts of the country for business.
  • Planning to achieve the target of KPIs and working with the immediate supervisor on related planning and development activities.
  • Maintaining business records and providing management with an understanding of the changes that are taking place in the market and by agents in response to reports.
  • Coordinating personnel to ensure that partner operational and commercial outcomes are fulfilled.
