  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in handling Sales/in a similar role
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications (CIM/SLIM)
  • Sound communication (English/Sinhala/Tamil), leadership and analytical skills
  • Good Interpersonal & Relationship building skills
Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility and monitor overall consistency of growth in the assigned district of all products and services of Dialog
  • Implement new strategies, target driven special projects across the districts or methods derived with the direction of the senior management and supervisor
  • Be alert and report district activities, gather information on social influences, customer activities, competitor activities etc. and report on a timely basis to senior management for development of strategic initiatives
  • Evaluate and monitor existing selling channels in assigned localities ensure potential and highest levels of performance are achieved across contributing towards overall targets for the district
  • Lead the team to optimize channels, identify product gaps, monitor trends, create push strategies, identify new channels and new business partners etc. and drive for highest level of achievement within the given control
  • Develop and monitor a visit plan for team to ensure awareness of contact persons and relationship are developed with existing business partners, distributors / dealers & their staff
  • Drive assigned sales targets, special sales projects and defined specific strategies to benefit and grow incremental revenue streams in contributing towards achieving IS and team’s strategy and targets to meet overall regional growth targets
  • Ensure daily operations and operational activities carried out within the district assigned are running smoothly to support in achieving set and established KPIs
  • Set targets, review and coach performance of subordinates in order to motivate, push maximum potential for performance
