Digital Loan Officer - Digital Financial Services

LB Finance is currently seeking a skilled Digital Loan Officer to join our Digital Financial Services Team. As a Digital Loan Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing end-to-end fully digital Personal Loan applications to determine the creditworthiness of borrowers and the eligibility of the property for personal financing.

Job Role

• Communicate loan decisions and conditions to borrowers and referees, providing clear and concise explanations when necessary.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all required loan documents.
• Process relevant documents regarding the application process.
• Place outbound calls to individuals' delinquent accounts in an effort to recover outstanding debts.
• Provide excellent customer service while collecting debts, maintaining professionalism, and displaying patience and empathy.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in the administrative working environment or having a degree preferred. (Fine-Arts or similar preferred)
• Strong and effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to handle the loan recovery process.
• Age between 18-30
• Should be a fast learner.
