  • Monitor & manage contract general email inboxes, respond to basic inquiries or forward emails to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organize & maintain e-filing, ensure all documents are correctly stored for easy retrieval.
  • Perform rate comparison and transform into excel spreadsheet with basic analysis.
  • Design marketing flyers using canva, assist with the creation and distribution of content.
  • Assist the data team to perform system maintenance, stop sale and data loading as needed.
