Description
- BSc Degree in Engineering from a recognised university
- MBA would be an added advantage
- 10+ years’ experience in the relevant field
- Should be qualified in Project Management
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in the industry to inform product strategy and development.
- Identify opportunities for new products or services that can help the company stay ahead of the competition and meet future customer needs.
- Ensure the company is well-positioned for future market opportunities and challenges.
- Provide technical guidance to design and propose solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide consultations on the best solution.
- Develop SDN technology strategy for the ICT BU by identifying market gaps and potential opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate technological developments in the converged connectivity area.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation and proposals to support sales operations.
- Provide technical training to the sales team and other relevant stakeholders on new products and solutions.
- Assist in the technical evaluation of proposals and participate in customer meetings and presentations as required.
- Identify the new technology trends and provide feedback for product development.
