Consultant - Business Analysis

Job Description

• Collaborate with customers and product managers to comprehend their requirements and define project scope.
• Clearly articulate and document business requirements, ensuring effective communication with development teams.
• Take a lead role in designing solutions in collaboration with the solutioning team.
• Develop a deep understanding of the functionality and capabilities of our software products, becoming a subject matter expert.
• Enhance product and user experience by actively identifying opportunities to deliver value to customers and end users.
• Play a pivotal role in all pre-sales activities, including conducting proof of concepts (POCs), Responding to RFP and other demonstrations.
• Manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Balance customer expectations with project constraints and product capabilities effectively.
• Contribute significantly to testing and certification processes for the solution.
• Proactively resolve issues and collaborate with delivery teams to address critical defects.
• Conduct solution training sessions and customer walk-throughs.
• Familiarize oneself with the Business Analysis Framework at Millennium IT ESP.

Person Specification

• Minimum of 08+ years' experience in Software BA. 
• Minimum of a Degree and other qualifications including BA certifications/ Masters.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Excellent Problem-Solving and Analyzing skills.
• Ability to self-manage and possesses multi-tasking skills.
• Experience in handling turnkey software solutions.
