We are currently looking for a Confidential Secretary who will relish the opportunity to work with a growing team.


Requirements:

  • Preferably a minimum 10 years of secretarial experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, multitask and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and social etiquette
  • Ability to take responsibility and display initiative 
  • Computer literacy including knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day secretarial and administrative support
  • Responsible in managing the diary, travelling arrangements, phone calls, emails, timesheets, reports, leave applications and claims
  • Receive incoming mails or faxes and route them to appropriate parties
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and maintain minutes of meetings
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval and safekeeping of confidential and sensitive documents
  • Amend and update documents, presentation slides and proposals
  • Assisting in the monitoring and following up of invoicing, debtor and employees’ timesheets
  • Organize, plan and perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
