Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both in Sinhala and English language ( Ability to speak in Tamil language would be added as an advantage)
- Ability to effectively handle customer queries via Telephone.
- Good interpersonal and a team player.
- Prior work experience in similar position will be an asset.
