The Business Analyst (BA) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating stakeholder communication, and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed business analysis to understand processes, workflows, and requirements.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements for new systems or enhancements.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed, and requirements are clearly communicated.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design effective solutions.
  • Validate proposed solutions against business requirements.
  • Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Assist in preparing business cases and feasibility studies.
  • Provide post-implementation support and conduct lessons learned reviews.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
  • Experience with business process modeling, requirements management tools, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
