Description
Lead the Branch in achieving set targets in terms of Product Sales, Profitability and Client Acquisition, while ensuring smooth functioning of the Branch Operations and motivating the staff to work towards the common goals and achieve budgeted Targets.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Overall management of the Branch in order to achieve the budgeted business volumes and achieve the budgeted profitability
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve the lending Business Volumes
- Achieve Deposits business Volumes
- Achieve Gold Loan
- Achieve Recovery Volumes and maintain the overall portfolio quality
TERTIARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and management of branch staff
- Carryout the overall branch operations and controls
- Carryout campaigns, Brand development campaigns and Branch Promotions
RELATED FUNCTIONS & KEY
DELIVERABLES
- Manage the NPLs of Branches below the Given KPIs
- Visit problematic customers and negotiate payments/recovery of arrears.
- Follow up on collections to meet the Branch collection targets
- Follow up on arrears contracts to reduce provisioning
- Follow up on contracts transferred to the Legal Department to ensure early recovery of hardcore contracts.
- Ensure the branch operates according to the operational guidelines
- Ensure the conformity by branches to credit standards to minimize operational deficiencies.
Experience:
- 7- 10 years experience in the industry with minimum 3 years experience in the similar capacity.
