Required skills and responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall recruitment and selection of agent and non-agent staff
  • Coordinate with consultants and various resources for successful recruitment
  • Accountable for meeting all staffing numbers as per SLAS
  • Assists in the identification of recruiting issues and implement solutions
  • Review and monitor recruitment strategy
  • Effective communication skills
  • Counseling and mentoring skills
  • Problem solving skills and excellent computer literacy

Experience and qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years' working experience in BPO handling Talent Acquisition, sourcing and recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
  • Degree or professional qualification in HRM
  • Willingness to work at our Wattala office and travel to client premises
