Your primary responsibilities includes

  • Develop and execute business strategies to attract and retain clients, expanding the customer base.
  • Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives.
  • Build financial models and develop strategic assessments to address key business issues.
  • Evaluate new business models, emerging technologies, and innovations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics, preparing presentations summarizing
  • industry segments or reporting on individual companies.
  • Conduct client need assessments and evaluate outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage and lead business development projects from conception to completion.


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • C.C.E. Advance Level.
  • Fully or partially qualified in Business Management/Marketing or any other equivalent field (added qualification).
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in business development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple duties simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business development software.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
