  • Degree or professional qualification in SLIM/CIM or equivalent
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience with 2 years in an Assistant Manager or Senior Executive role.
  • Candidates with prior experiences in ELV solution selling to corporate and government institutions are encouraged to apply
  • Possesses excellent negotiation, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Be thorough in excel sheet formulas and costing sheets.
  • Communicate fluently in English/Sinhala languages
  • Should be a Team player 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for ELV (Extra Low Voltage) business in line with corporate objectives
  • Achieve sale Revenue targets, Profitability, and market share in line with present standards, industry and economic trends
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners
  • Negotiating with business partners/suppliers to provide the best technological solutions within budgets
  • Team up with technical teams to build up solutions for customers
  • Making professional business presentations to customers
