Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in SLIM/CIM or equivalent
- Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience with 2 years in an Assistant Manager or Senior Executive role.
- Candidates with prior experiences in ELV solution selling to corporate and government institutions are encouraged to apply
- Possesses excellent negotiation, organizational, and team management skills.
- Be thorough in excel sheet formulas and costing sheets.
- Communicate fluently in English/Sinhala languages
- Should be a Team player
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for ELV (Extra Low Voltage) business in line with corporate objectives
- Achieve sale Revenue targets, Profitability, and market share in line with present standards, industry and economic trends
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners
- Negotiating with business partners/suppliers to provide the best technological solutions within budgets
- Team up with technical teams to build up solutions for customers
- Making professional business presentations to customers
