Careers360 Premium and Standard subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your Premium or Standard subscription, all your features will expire at the end of your billing cycle.

Pay As You Go and Boosted Ads

Pay As You Go and Boosted Ads charge per Ad. Any actions delivered and charged are non-refundable.

Job Seekers and recruiters are responsible for ensuring that advertising content, text, images, graphics, cv, video ("Content") uploaded for inclusion on Careers360.lk complies with all applicable laws. Careers360.lk assumes no responsibility for any illegality or any inaccuracy of the content.

Job Seekers and recruiters guarantee that their content does not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any person or entity, and agrees to release Careers360.lk from all obligations, liabilities, and claims arising in connection with the use of (or the inability to use) the service.

License
Unless otherwise stated, Careers360.lk and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Careers360.lk. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from Careers360.lk for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:

Paid content and services
Some services of Careers360.lk require payment, including but not limited to, candidate premier accounts, posting of job adverts, and ad promotions.

Under no circumstances shall Careers360.lk be obliged to refund any payments made in respect to Paid Services.
