Description

We are looking for a Technicial Project Manager to join our Engineering Excellence team under Centre of Excellence (COE) unit within RnD. The purpose of the central practice is to enable the R&D organization to create, maintain and rollout high-quality world-class products by facilitating common infrastructure, aligned ways of working and timely communication across our quality framework.  

By joining IFS as a Technical Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with many stakeholders across the R&D organization as you drive the improvements through our engineering practices and ways of working and in doing so support our DevSecOps transformation. 

The Technical Project Manager truly lives the Core Values of IFS and positively influences the Projects as well as supporting as a strategic contributor to the Engineering Excellence Team.

Responsibilities
  • As a Technical Project Manager within Engineering Excellence team in R&D, you are responsible for realizing the intended value of decided investments. You will oversee coordinated execution of multiple programs, or releases, while managing the risks associated with the execution. The Program Manager will act as the key link between key stakholders & Project Teams.
  • You will have overall responsibility for the delivery of intended value on time on budget and with the right quality. Working with all aspects of the development lifecycle, from scope definition, estimating, planning, scheduling of resources, through to the actual development, testing, quality assurance and delivery to market. Coordinating, sequencing and prioritization within the set scope for a program / release, as well as ensuring development is on track across investment areas are a key parts of the daily activities for this role.
