- 1.5+ year(s) experience in software Business Analysis.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related applications/business areas and domains preferred.
- Good interviewing, elicitation, communication, presentation, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of the business processes and basic knowledge of the development and modeling tools.
- Good understanding of Scrum and Agile practices.
- Good knowledge of APIs
- Knowledge of POSTMAN Tool.
- Knowledge of JIRA.
- Knowledge of Databases.
- Analyze User Stories / UI flows and identify API requirements and prepare documents.
- Liaise with technical teams on the API Requirement.
- Identify high-level test data requirements for the APIs and conduct basic integration testing.
- Proactive in resolving Business requirement / API issues raised by the Technical team.
- Be able to participate in status update meetings and be accountable for BA deliverables.
