Team Lead

This is a full-time team lead role that manages a group of associates. The role is located at HNB Assurance PLC in Malabe and is an on-site position. As a team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, setting performance goals and targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing / Dip in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean are preferred
• Ability to recruit new candidates & work with them
