Solutions Architect - SAP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, leveraging best practices and aligning with business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to solution design and implementation, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address technical challenges and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the implementation process.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate solution design and configuration.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (minimum 8+ years) in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, with a focus on solution design and architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules and functionalities, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) and best practices.
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) preferred.
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
