Description
- Bachelor's degree in Material Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in solar projects with experience in handling delivery/solar project management for multiple clients
- Ability to work under own initiative while managing time efficiently
- Excellent operations management and supervision skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills and presentation skills
- People management skills
- Associate continuously with all the reading materials on the solar panel (SP) operation nationally and internationally
- Understand the new technological developments evolved in the world to provide innovative solutions in the local markets
- Ability to capture all the trends in the world which will have an impact to the future in the solar Panel Industry
- Play a lead role in the SP Industry innovations applicable to the local market
- Conduct a presentation on weekly basis on the above areas
- Identify the new opportunities in the market with the solar panel
