Senior Executive - Industrial Engineering

As Executive - Industrial Engineering, you will directly report to the Manager - Industrial Engineering. You will work with your team to maintain accurate work measurements within cycle time. You will assist in research, evaluation and implementation for value analysis and value engineering. You will work with your team to achieve set goals and identify advancements to improve methods, operations and strive for SMV reduction and achieving/surpassing planned efficiency standards. You will play a key role in pre-production activities. 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Diploma in Industrial Engineering/ Clothing Technology with GSD Licence

Experience

1 to 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering. Entry level STEP

1. Assisting in pre-production activities; and achieving targeted Production Start Date for assigned section

2. Responsible to achieve planned efficiency and productivity targets and for day-to-day Industrial Engineering activities for assigned sections 

3. Responsible for carrying out accurate and on-time calculations, such as SAH, efficiency for each style

4. Providing guidance and training to IE Officers and be responsible for their performance.
