  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role with 3+ Years of experience
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves )
  • Solid communication skills
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  • Managing and Developing the company Leave and Attendance process and policies
  • Creating a Positive work environment by introducing employee relation and wellbeing best practices
  • Maintaining employee personal records in an accurate manner and attending to employee background checks.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Design and implement company policies and liaise with Internal and External stakeholders in implementing them.
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates and provide relevant reports to the Management
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
